2016 Scholarship Fundraiser at Kurtz's Beach

Registration

  • Ticket purchased up through March 5, 2016
  • A table of 10 can be purchased up through March 5, 2016 for $360. The table must be paid in a single payment either online or with a single check.
  • Tickets purchased after March 5, 2016 or at the door.
  • A Corporate Sponsorship Includes The Following:
    - Name on signage at the event
    - Recognition from the DJ stand
    - Name listing with website link on the event page
  • The DJ Sponsorship ($300) includes the following:
    - Name prominently displayed near DJ
    - Name printed on sponsor signage to be place around the event
    - Recognition from the DJ during the event
    - Recognition at the Scholarship presentation lunch
    - Company logo with website link listed on the event web page for 1 year
  • The Oyster Bar Sponsorship includes the following:
    - Name prominantly displayed near the raw oyster bar
    - Name printed on sponsor signage to be place around the event
    - Recognition from the DJ during the event
    - Company logo with website link listed on the event web page for 1 year

Join us  for dinner, drinks, dancing, great silent auction items, and more at PBA's Annual Scholarship Fundraiser Dinner! This fun, themed event is always a good time. We have given out over $150,000 in scholarships to students in Pasadena and we'd like to give out more this year! Hope to see you there!

Sponsor Opportunities:

Our sponsor program is a great way to give to the fundraiser whether or not you can actually attend.  Please help us out as these funds go directly to the youth of Pasadena in the form of scholarship checks for 12th, 8th and 5th graders.  The sponsor levels can be slected and paid online here.            

The DJ Sponsorship ($300) includes the following (Only One Available):
- Name prominently displayed near the DJ Stand (Right in the middle of all of the action)
- Name printed on sponsor signage to be place around the event
- Recognition from the DJ during the event
- Recognition at the Scholarship presentation lunch
- Company logo with website link listed on the event web page for 1 year
            

The Oyster Bar Sponsorship ($250) includes the following:
- Name prominently displayed near the raw oyster bar
- Name printed on sponsor signage to be place around the event
- Recognition from the DJ during the event
- Recognition at the Scholarship presentation lunch
- Company logo with website link listed on the event web page for 1 year

A Corporate Sponsorship ($100) Includes The Following:
- Name on signage at the event
- Recognition from the DJ stand
- Recognition at the Scholarship presentation lunch
- Name listing with website link on the event page

Dinner Menu:
Pit Beef, Pit Ham, Raw Oysters, Oyster Stew, Pork & Kraut, Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Baked Pasta, Vegetables & Dip, Rolls & Bread, Desserts

Draft Beer, Wine, Soda, Coffee & Tea are included

Cash bar for Mixed Drinks, Bottle/Can beer (No Shots, Shooters or frozen drinks)  

Silent Auction:
You could go home with a great item from a local business. All proceeds donated to the Scholarship Fund.  Want to donate an item? Email Jerry.

Volunteers:
Help is always welcome! Email Jerry to volunteer.

There are many ways to help out wit hthis event. 

  • Work the door and/or prize wheels at the event

  • Donate or ask someone you know to donate an item for our silent auction

  • Help us sell event tickets

  • Help us sell raffle tickets

  • Ask for flat donations to th scholarship fund.
