National Night Out (NNO) is totally free, annual community-building event that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, better place to live. Together, we are making that happen on a national and local level.  The Eastern District NNO is based on the Anne Arundel County’s Eastern Police District which includes primarily Arnold, Pasadena, and Severna Park
